HOMAG - BOF 32/50/G OPTIMAT
HOMAG Processing Center with trimming, profiling, shaping, & boring of solid wood, man-made sheet stock, or composite material.
• Equipped as follows; Worktable for max. workpiece length of 7,950 mm (316.229"), max. workpiece width of 1,370 mm (53.937") & max. workpiece thickness of 70 mm (2.755").
• (2) Main work spindles, each with a 12 kW (16 HP) water cooled router with HSK F63 - DIN 69893 tool holding system for 1,500 - 18,000 RPM. The router has C-axis to allow tool rotation of 0° - 360° of aggregates for sawing, trimming, drilling, etc.; router spindle uses ATC plate-type tool changer with 18-tool positions for each router head.
• The following tools can be used: (18) Tools w/max. dia. of 120 mm (4.724") or (9) tools w/max. dia. of 160 mm (6.299"); (9) tools w/max. dia. of 50 mm (1.968").
• Includes: (2) Drilling heads with (29) spindles, (12) spindles in the X-axis & (19) spindles in the Y-axis; all spindles are on 32 mm center distance.
• Additionally includes: (6) Spindles for horizontal drill, (4) Spindles in the X-axis for drilling on the L & R panel edges & (2) spindles in the Y-axis for drilling on the front & back panel edges.
• Worktable: High density laminated wooded panel for the mounting of vacuum cups for workpiece clamping; clamping table integrated in the machine bed w/(12) submerging long stops 140 mm (5.512") & (2) submerging side stops. The machine zero-point is placed at the left front side & the workpieces are placed manually on the worktable.
• HOMATIC Control system with: SPS control, LCD color monitor & 3D-linear interpolation, 2 1/2 D-circular interpolation, & 4-axis control (X, Y, Z, C). C-Axis is coupled to the X- & Y-axis.
• WOODWOP Programming system: Post-processor creates CNC programs in DIN 66025 in connection with WOODWOP & network connection for ARCNET or ETHERNET w/TCP/IP & AUI connection. The TCP/IP network software is with TELNET & FTP.
• Additionaly includes: (2) Vacuum pumps rated at 100 cbm/Hr for clamping system; Laser for positioning of the vacuum cups, and separate sub-program to indicate the exact location of the suction cups to the operator.
