Table Configuration: 102" x 63" Moving table design in a left-to-right
configuration with a multi-zone lignistone vacuum table that can be used
with pods or spoil board
Vacuum System: 2 25HP Vacuum Pumps
Heads: (1) 11.4 HP HSK-63F 6,000 to 18,000 RPM Router Head ATC
spindle with Servo controlled C-axis rotation
12-station caterpillar style tool carousel that will
support aggregates
(1) multi-spindle drill block with (13) vertical
drills (8-X, 5-Y) and (6) horizontal drills (4-X, 2-Y)
Features: All axes ride on THK linear bearing guide ways driven by
closed loop AC Servo motors driving precision ground ball screws, with an
automatic lubrication system servicing the
way and ballnut bearings.
Control: OSAI "10 Series" control system featuring a Windows PC
front end with a 3.5" floppy drive, 420 MB hard drive, High speed/precision
machining function, (3) Axes simultaneous control, RS-232 port; hand held
manual pulse generator for accuracy of work coordinate setups, feed rate &
spindle speed override.
Tooling: Comes complete with: 8 Tool holders with collet and
covernut, original documentation and relevant software media.
Location: Unit is not currently under power. It is in storage in the
Elkhart Indiana Area
Unit has less then 600 hours of total use!
